Just as few examples, we maintain crawning profile in all our bearings, all rollers are automatically sorted and grouped as per tight tolerance and only rollers from the same group are then used in a single taper roller bearing.

Bearings manufactured by us adhere to below criteria:

Steel for rings and rollers: 100Cr6 / SAE 52100
Heat treatment: Spheroidized Annealing maintaining Martensite structure
Cage material: CRCA EDD
Raceway Finish: Crowning profilemaintained during grinding and honing (This helps to improve bearing life as well lower noise during operation)
Grouping: Rollers are grouped (in a size variation of 3 microns) in each bearing which ensures proper load distribution
Packaging: All bearings are washed, air cleanedand oiled before packing to prevent rust

Tapper Roller Bearings accommodate simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. These bearings have tapered inner and outer ring raceways as well as tapered rollers. Having an axial load carrying capacity that increases contact angle.

Hub Bearing Wheel End

NKC Wheel end hub bearings consist of an outer ring and two inner rings with one row of tapered rollers each. It is supplied completely assembled for installation, including seals and lifetime lubrication.

Due to precise axial clearance, compact design, and the use of high-quality grease, these bearings ensure optimal bearing performance at extreme loads with high rpm.

Wheel End Kit

NKC’s wheel end kit is an advanced replacement solution, consisting of an outer ring and two inner rings with one row of tapered rollers each. They have high precision and suitable for all types of commercial vehicle applications.

NKC’s wheel end kits are pre-greased units with high quality grease that guarantees their use in the most challenging conditions.

Wheel End Module

NKC’s wheel end module is an integrated bearing in the hub of the commercial vehicle.

They are made of an outer ring and two inner rings with one row of tapered rollers each, perfectly aligned and lubricated for life. Thanks to integration, this type of bearing ensures optimum performance and easy assembly through a complete replacement of the set.
