  • Steel for rings and rollers: SAE 52100
  • Heat treatment: Spheroidize annealing maintaining martensite structure
  • Cage material: CRCA EDD
  • Raceway finish: We ensure a crawling profile while grinding as well as in honing machines (This helps to improve bearing life as well low noise generation)
  • Grouping: Rollers and balls are grouped (in a size variation of 3 microns) in each bearing for proper load distribution
  • Packaging: All bearings are washed, air cleaned and oiled before packing to prevent rust
